Wow!!! Finally Zhenya won it!!! Congratulations Zhenya!!!!!!
This is a vote held by TV Channel "Russia 2", in first stage will choose best 2 among five nominees.
Then in the final stage vote the winner from these two. This time Zhenya win over the Hockey player. Zhenya got 52.4% in final stage. Vote was through SMS and the website.
Zhenya was nominated for "Best Athlete of the Month" by this TV channel for many many times before, but never won it. even though She won 6 gold medals and broke the record in Mie last year. She still not won this vote contest.
I thought it must be the hockey player will win it this time, but finally…like many Russian fans said this is a long deserved honor for Zhenya! PS. Previous winners

這次終於是Zhenya贏了, 恭喜小兔寶!!!!!!
票選分2個階段，第一個階段先從5位被提名者中投票選出兩位，然後第二階段再從這兩者投票選出贏家。
票選是透過SMS跟在電視台網站上投票。
之前Zhenya被提名N次，但從來沒有贏過，贏家通常是足球或曲棍球選手。即使去年在Mie破紀錄拿了6面金牌，還是小輸給一位男子摔跤選手。這次本來我想一定又是曲棍球選手會贏，但是終於啊…像很多俄羅斯人說的：Zhenya早就該拿了!

@marie-angélique: even in Russia, it\’s very difficult for RG gymnasts to win this honor in this TV channel\’s vote. Ususally the winner will be football player, hockey player or other professional sportsman. I am very happy this time the winner was not that hockey player. After so many times failure finally Zhenya-a RG gymnast won this honor.
Great, congratulation to her. I can\’t imagine how many vote she would have if everybody in the world could vote ! She would win without any problem :DThat\’s great to see a RG gymnasts winning that kind of things when in so many countries our sport in unknown from the audience.
